seotoaster.v2.2.0.ecommerce installation stops at step 2

Question

I'm using XAMPP 1.8.2 + PHP 5.4.25 in Windows 7

Step 1:  Bravo! All good to go!
Step 2: I press "GO AHEAD" and, after a 1 or 2 minutes,
the same screen of step 2 reappears with no errors (nothing red).
Why isn't it possible to skip to Step 3 in my case?

I checked all posts, all required settings are ok for php.ini, and required php dlls, and XAMPP is working fine with all other popular CMS.

Anyway, I'm trying SeoToaster because I don't like the concept of the CMS I used so far, and I'm pretty sure that SeoToaster is far better.

Unfortunately we have an issue with CMS installation on some of Windows based servers.
We are working on a new package and that Windows issue will be fixed.

For now you could deploy SEO Toaster on Linux based server.

You can get working Linux environment like virtual machine on your Windows.
Here are few useful links:
https://www.vagrantup.com/ and https://puphpet.com/
There you can download a tool called "Vagrant" to run needed environment, and on second link, you can configure a server(vagrantFile) to run it with "Vagrant".
