My name is Oleg, I'm from SEO Samba/ SEO Toaster team.

If you are talking about a header which looks like blue icon with letter H in the middle, you need to paste to container or to template a widget code like {$header:name}, where 'name' is a header name, and can be changed to whatever value.

Sure,
First of all you need to login as superadmin. For that you need to navigate to your.domain/go, and use login and password you used during install.
After login you will see admin panel on the right. There you need to click "LAYOUT" and then "Edit this template".
Editor will appear and show the html source of current template, there you can put needed widgets wherever you want. And click 'Save changes'.

Or, you can use "containers". There are 2 types of containers: regular and static. The static does not depend on page, it will display the same content on any page. So, to add widget to "container" you need to click on yellow icon with letter 'C' or green icon with letters 'SC'(SC - static container). You will see the editor, and there you can put widgets you need. And click 'Save content'.
