Where is full API and other documentation for developers?

I can find http://www.seotoaster.com/develop-a-plugin.html only. Does exist something else?

Hello Vladimir.
This is on the list for this week in fact, we need to demo, and write a documentation for the plugin system and API. The one that is online now is not up to date.
