In order to open a plan you need to:
1./ Have a free account open with SeoSamba (can be done from your website IDcard)
2./ Have registered your website with SeoSamba (can be done from your website IDcard)
3./ Go to Cloud Apps, and enable email marketing and voice/SMS services
4./ Go to the Voice/SMS tab on SeoSamba to lease a phone number in your region. Make sure to check “Sms enabled”. If no SMS enable phone number is available in your country, you can lease a number in the UK, or U.S or try near-by countries. You can also use that same phone number to forward it to your regular place of business while recording conversations.
5./ Pricing is $5/month for most countries, and 3 cts a minute or per SMS. Email marketing services hook up is free. You need however an account with a provider (Constant Contact,…)
6./ SMS and email marketing functionalities are already integrated. Go to “Action email & SMS” menu to create SMS triggers for “orders received” or “orders shipped”. You can also have web forms send SMS to both site admin and contact, by just ticking the checkbox in the form handler.
You can add <label for="subscribe">Subscribe to Newsletter <input id="subscribe" name="emailMarketing" type="checkbox" /> to any form and have contacts email sent automatically to the chosen mailing list at your provider (pick the mailing list from the “cloud apps”/email marketing screen once you have authenticated with your email marketing provider. You can also add clients to your email list from your store dashboard.
