modification adresse

after made a site locally so with an address http://192.168.1.XXX/Site/ I am putting it online but in the admin area I can not do any changes to change adresse website. how we can do it?

I do not remember and I can not find the solution
I make changes to seotoaster_core / application / configs / Name.ini and in my htacces but nothing works
