Can I install SeoToaster on IIS?

Please help me to install SeoToaster e-commerce on my windows2008 server with php 5.x and MySQL.

Thanks, the problem is resolved but the Theme change is not work for me! I use Chrome and get this message always
"Can not apply theme "ToasterSmart-website"! Something went wrong... "
I should indicate that I install Toaster on my IIS.

So theme changing does not work at all, or it works but partially? Are you trying to apply a new theme only or "Website" (theme+image+text/data)?

Really I want to install a new theme which is offered by Toaster. "Toaster Smart" Theme by admin in Layout tab But I receive this error.
