PHP 5.3.3 or higher not available

Question

I have lots of websites on shared hosting.
Webhost says that latest version they can install on shared hosting is PHP 5.3.21, will this work for you?

Hi ckosloff,
PHP 5.3.21 is ok to run SEOTOASTER. We require version of PHP not earlier than 5.3.3.

Everything is working fine, I will ask many questions in the coming days while I set up this website, please bear with me.
What threw me off is Unix numbering whereby 21 comes before 3.
