Hello Ciatronical.

Unfortunately, you can not be updated automatically from version 2.2 to 2.5 of the toaster.

You can upgrade manually. To do this, download the latest version of the package here
http://www.seotoaster.com/free-seo-software-shopping-carts.html

Next, you need to unzip the file and overwrite the existing files toaster, also you need to execute queries on the database:
(this example is for SeoToaster V2.5 CMS without Ecommerce)

-- version: 2.2.1
ALTER TABLE `email_triggers_actions` ADD `service` ENUM( 'email', 'sms' ) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci NULL DEFAULT NULL AFTER `id`;

UPDATE `email_triggers_actions` SET `service` = 'email' WHERE `service` IS NULL;
