Problem when changing the theme

Hello,

I've installed Seotoaster Ecommerce, everything went fine. But after I tried to install a new theme (hand made), I can't access the home page, for example: www.xyz.com

I says: "An error occurred. Application error". Accessing all other sites like www.xyz.com/gallery.html is possible.

The installation of the new theme went through without mistakes. Rights and owner are OK.

Error log:

PHP Warning:  is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/share/php/ZendX/JQuery/View/Helper/Placeholder.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/webhost.my-site.de/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/webhost.my-site.de/httpdocs/seotoaster/seotoaster_core/library/Zend/Loader.php on line 186\n', referer: https://my-site2.de/

Please check settings in php.ini on your server.

thanks for your answer. Which directory has to unblocked/allowed? We've tried it with a few, but with no success.

Please make sure that your parameter open_basedir is commented out in php.ini

maybe you could tell us what we have to do within Plesk? I can not attach a screenshot here, this is the standard:

 open_basedir  {WEBSPACEROOT}{/}{:}{TMP}{/}

We tried nearly everything, but it's not working.
