Paypal Express in Seotoaster

hello,
Sorry maybe I have expressed myself wrong. I dont want the user to input his Shipping Address on my website. I want to get it  from his Paypal account after he payed with paypal. That should be possibile with a Paypal Express Button. But I dont know how to implement it in Seotoaster. In order to get the shipping/billing address from user's paypal account please do the following:

Thank you, but i want that without registration. So after the customer clicks on checkout I want a third option displayed like this https://ibb.co/hAsncF . The customer clicks on Paypal Express button and every Information needed(Name, Email, Shipping/Billing Address) comes from paypal and is returned to the store. This is for customers who visit the side just for one time. Is this possible or do I have to write a new plugin?
