message form and response text

Question

Dear Sir,

1) how can i remove the message form from this page "create your own cookies"  = {https://morriscookies.asia/create-your-own-cookies.html}       and remain just in "Contact us" page = {https://morriscookies.asia/contact-us.html}

2) how can i remove this text "Form Get-A-Quote Thank You" after i click the message submit, i just need to keep the word "Thank you" instead of  "Form Get-A-Quote Thank You" = {https://morriscookies.asia/form-get-a-quote-thank-you.html}
