Increase the number of categories in the Discount section

Question

in Store/Discount section per customers on our site we have only 3 categories wich we able to make discount, but now we increase number categories on our base and I need to do same on site.
How I able to do it?

Apparently you're not using our standard system, but a custom developed plugin.
If you check the latest version of SeoToaster, you can add as many customer groups as you wish from the MERCHANDISING tab and  then set the appropriate discount level there.
