Where do i go to edit the text fields on the checkout form

Question

I'm having trouble finding where I can edit the text form fields in the checkout page .  For instance, the additional comments box in the form is called " delivery comments".  I would like to change that to something else, but cannot find it in the page properties/template.  I don't see an option to edit the form.

I asked this question before , but it was vague.  So i responded asking where do i go to change the text fields and never did receive a response.

Hello,

This form fields cannot be modified through the template as this is a part of the widget. If you master javascript, you can change the labels using javascript.
